Refunds
At Five Star Events ("we", "our", or "us"), refunds are strictly limited. Please read the policy below carefully.
Policy Summary: Refund requests are not accepted within 2 days of the event start date, and no refunds are available after an event has ended.
Full policy
- Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event to be considered.
- We do not provide refunds for requests made within 48 hours of the event start, or once the event has finished.
- If an event is cancelled by Five Star Events, you will be offered a full refund or a ticket transfer to a rescheduled date, at our discretion.
- Refunds processed through third-party payment providers may be subject to their fees and processing times.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or booking confirmation) is required when requesting a refund.
